All VeloV smartphones come with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered:

Manufacturing defects, hardware malfunction under normal usage.

Not Covered:

Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, misuse.

Service Process:

Customers must provide valid invoice and contact authorized VeloV service centers.
